We don’t offer a recycling or removal service. The best option is to contact your local council they’ll help arrange sofa collection and recycling in your area.
We deliver within 2 weeks, not 12. Every sofa is made to order right here in the UK, so there are no warehouse delays or long overseas waits.
Yes, all of our sofas come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If anything turns out to be faulty within the first 14 days of delivery, we’ll usually arrange a replacement straight away.
Delivery is free if you live in a Zone 1 postcode.
If you’re in Zone 2 or 3, there’s a small delivery charge you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Yes,If you change your mind or don’t like the sofa while the delivery team is still on your premises, we’ll take it back for free. If we have to arrange for the delivery team to collect it later, there will be a £70 collection fee.
If it arrives damaged, we’ll arrange a refund and collection or send out a replacement ( no fee)
