All you need to about your Delivery

1️⃣ First things first have a little check to see if you received your order confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, it might’ve slipped into your spam folder, so be sure to mark it as ‘not spam’ so you don’t miss anything from us,

We’ll be sending your tracking details to you by email as well, so you can keep an eye on your sofa’s journey.

2️⃣  You’ll already have seen your estimated delivery date when you placed the order on our website, it’s usually within 3 weeks 

As we get closer to your delivery date our logistics team will contact you around 3 to 4 days beforehand to confirm the exact date and a night before for time slot

♻️ At that point you can rearrange to recycle your sofa or move it to a spare room if needed, recycling can be arranged directly with your local council as they’re the best people to help with that. We recommend moving your old sofa to a spare room just in case there are any issues on the day of delivery such as a van breakdown or bad weather.

3️⃣  By then you should have received your tracking details by email, usually sent within the same week of placing your order.

You can use the tracking link on the day of delivery to follow their progress.

4️⃣  On the day of delivery your tracking link will show you details like in the example below, you’ll see your estimated delivery time, how far the drivers are and how many stops they have before reaching you,

On the right hand side there will be a map you can expand to get a full view of how close the logistics team are to your home, this way you won’t miss your delivery and can avoid any extra fees or rearrangements.

If your sofa is being delivered by the SGK Logistics team, please keep an eye on the tracking link for their notification. There will be a time slot, which you’ll need to accept or decline. If you decline, they’ll contact you with a new time slot.



There are a few optional additional costs depending on what you’d like:

If you don’t have a lift and would like the delivery team to carry your sofa upstairs they may charge £20, if you do have a lift they’ll take it up for free.

If you’d like them to assemble your sofa they may charge £20 - £40.

These payments are made directly to the delivery team on the day as we don’t make any profit from additional services.

Once you’ve unwrapped your beautiful sofa we’d love to see how it looks in your room, feel free to send us Video or pictures, we’d be so happy to celebrate your new sofa with you 😃 🥳
