Shipping policy

Delivery Charges

• Zone 1 Delivery – Free of charge  
Delivery within our Zone 1 area is included in the price of your sofa. No extra charges.

• Outside Zone 1 – a surcharge
For delivery addresses outside Zone 1, a surcharge will apply. This will be confirmed via WhatsApp once your order is placed and your delivery zone has been verified. Depending on the distance, the delivery date may be extended by up to 7 extra days.

• Flat Access Charge – £20  
If your sofa needs to be delivered into a flat without suitable lift access, a £20 handling charge will be applied to cover the additional manual handling required.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee will apply to cover the cost of logistics:

- Zone 1 re-delivery – £70  
- Outside Zone 1 re-delivery – £100

In the event you miss your delivery and choose not to reschedule, you will be refunded for the sofa only. Any delivery charges we have incurred will be deducted from your total refund. This includes logistics and handling fees where applicable.

We highly recommend ensuring someone is available during the confirmed delivery time to avoid delays and additional charges.
